Payments

Payments are accepted by Paypal.

This protects you, provides your receipt & guarantees your spot in the workshop, class or intensive. Payments are to be made to actorswest@gmail.com 

Steps to sign up for an intensive, session or class:

FIRST: Use the Paypal link listed next to the event.
You'll receive a confirmation reply from us ASAP.

SECOND: Email back to confirm (to ActorsWest@gmail.com)
  a) name & contact information
  b) chosen event
  c) the email address you used for your paypal.

VERY IMPORTANT: This guarantees your spot. our events fill up quickly, so don’t delay!
If we do not receive your paypal payment, you will not be on the list for that event.

THIRD: Look for your event reminder confirmation email. You’ll receive it at least 12 hours prior to the event.

Lastly, Show up & have fun!

If you are not set up with Paypal yet, don't fret! You may call us or email us at contact@actorswest.com 
We will do everything possible to accomodate you, but again, a Paypal payment is your sure bet to be guaranteed space.

All events are on a first come first served basis. Space at an event is dictated by the time & date of your Paypal payment.
Only your payment guarantees your spot. Our events fill up quickly, so don’t delay!
If we do not receive your paypal payment, you can pay cash at the event, but space can not be guaranteed in advance.

Payment, Cancellations

You will be charged at the time of making your reservation. If you need to cancel, please do your best to give us 12-24 hour notice by email to actorswest@gmail.com or events@actorswest.com or contact us by phone.
We provide full refunds or a credit for other events, no problem.

All of our events are scheduled in advance, we are not responsible for unforeseen cancellations by the teachers, casting directors, directors, producers or agents. We will do our best to inform you of any schedule changes as soon as possible & credits will be given for any event that is cancelled by Actorswest Management due to schedule changes.
